Hi, just a quick question. Is it normal to miss buying stuffs so often? Cause I've been doing it in the Neopian Post Office, and I've been missing alot of buys lately. I mean, in a span of 2 hours I can missed out on 16 stamps without getting anything at all.

is it normal?
