i have an iphone 4, i think you would probably like the iphone cause its awesome
it can do everything you need it to do, it has a lot of memory, the iphone 5 is supposed to have a sick awesome camera( front and back) and you can use the account you have on the ipod for the iphone. the interents really fast and the iphone 5 is supposed to have a keyboard. plus everyone has iphones so you can imessage haha.
if you do get an iphone though make sure you get it a case cause its made of glass and if you're like me it would be shattered already

im on birth control but i still get my period. i was against going on it for the longest time because i didn't want to gain weight but finally went on it and the only difference i noticed was my boobs got a lot bigger, to like a large c/d when i used to be a small c/b

I'd say try birth control, its been soo good for me. my periods were irregular and i would even skip a few months sometimes (and every pregnancy test was negative). but it was because i wasn't eating a lot and underweight and exercising a lot
but yeah, i don't know if exercise is causing your period to last longer, i was always told it delays it so you might wanna get it checked out
