I'm so sorry to hear that. Do you know reasons ? You could always email JS to unfreeze BSing that you got hacked or smtng :) try your luck.

I am getting bad birthday error on one of my pretty loaded shells :/ but the lookup is still there. It's been going on for over a month now.
