I don't know where to post this question..so I'll put it here...Is there a program or script for neopets to allow you to "create" pets?..such as on Lutari day..a program that would run to let you know when they've been released?

I don't know if there is already a topic for this..but I have a question about neopets resetting and np ratio changes...what days do these occur on?

is that the ratio reset? I read the hi scores change on the last or first day of the month?..
