Not Telling
So every time I try to open the Program Manager, it first says Downloading Program Manager updates as it usually does. And then gets stuck on the part where it says Downloading new updates (if any). Finally, it says Fatal Error. Unable to decompress tar.gz file. It's been like this all day. It was fine yesterday! 
Somebody help, please?
