Does permanently silenced count? Does anyone know what to do about them?

My main got perma-silenced (no suspensions or warnings, account is 6 yrs old and very active) for saying that my username was --- on tombola. (Aka Tumblr).......

I didn't really understand the signature rules.. so I can add 3 lines of text to my siggy? (given that the TEXT it stays within 750x250) even though I already have an image that's 350px height?

I don't know if you know about getting into grad programs, but I thought I might as well ask My college GPA is shit but my resume and portfolio are pretty good... But I'm told that I can't get into MBA programs with a GPA lower than 3.3. Is that true?
