I looked around and it seems this has happened for a long time. I was attempting to make gamecube - then reason - which were available at the time, then an error, and they weren't available any longer.

yeah, as everyone else is saying just send in a ticket. I forgot the birthday to one of my older accounts, sent a ticket and a couple days later after proving the account was mine, they sent me an email with my information~

Well I tested this on an email account i've known has been deleted for sometime and recreated it seeing as it was linked to a neopets account. However I almost wonder if they've already patched this issue by having some sort of filter and they just don't send you the recovery info 0:

aw jeeze might as well make a "most delicious looking food" thread since i could just list SO many, haha, never look at neopets food when you're hungry. seriously. :Y
