Start a ticket.. there are a few good guides here on how to submit really good tickets and hopefully get your account unfrozen.

I have indeed sent in a ticket. No response yet, it has been around a week. 

I was frozen for cheating using downloadable programs...which I was not doing. 

The only thing I did was buy UC's  

I love all pre-conversion ixis, now they look ugly ;x 

I like draiks, poogles and kacheeks the most 

All the retired ones, the NT one, and suap

$0, I am ashamed to admit I've spent however, over $400 in NC and over $200 in UCs and NP lol
