I've heard very good reviews about myprivateproxy.net. Basically every review I've seen for their service is favorable. Their proxies are $2.49 for one, which randomizes each month. I've looked on their website, and their proxies high anonymity/elite.

You can buy pre-aged accounts here once you've been a member for a week.
