iPlay

I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like when I try to open Neopets on Chrome and Firefox (I downloaded this just to see if it was a browser issue). It won't load at all on IE.
I checked on isitdownrightnow.com as well as isitdownorjustme.com, and the site is fine, as I'm sure you all know. I tried using a couple of APs to check and they played fine too.

I don't know what's wrong. Maybe it's good this happened now, I have my finals and everything   but it'll be over soon!

 

Hey everybody, I just joined today. And in conforming  to the trend of hilarious usernames I saw before registering, I'm iPlay. Can Apple sue me? I just hope they don't do it in neopoints    
I'd like some guidance with one of the programs please. I installed the Cheat! Autoplayer, but I don't think the program is in fact playing the game for me. For one, the dialogue box is completely empty, except for "Navigating to Cheat!.." and it's been doing that for over 10 minutes now. First I thought I could shut it down and restart the program (didn't work) then I removed it altogether, installed it and ran it again (nopity nope).
Is it normal for the program to take a while to "navigate"?
