advice? quit neopets and gifting items

Hi guys. my friend decided to quit neopets n before he wanted to delete his account, he wanted to gift me stuff ( via trade, gifts, whatever the method) but I don't want to get accidentally frozen. is that ok by TNT rules? about 200k and a few items( not too high in value, maybe less than 40k)

next targetted item to complete my gallery! please help.
