Does anyone have a neohome 2.0?

I've been looking at a lot of the featured homes.  Some people have all these fancy neocash items?  Does the NC mall ever get anymore items in?

I just made my neohome so I dont know much about it.

How are some of the people with the featured homes able to build outside the grid of their property, and change the sizes of their items?

Anyone with experience who can help?

Does it break the Neopets terms of use if you were to edit the html in your user lookup to just display icons of trophies even if you havent earned them?
