Your approach sounds quite workable...but don't go with the "I'm quitting" thing for the purchased account, rather think about just not giving any specific reason, or if you do, of "changing focus"? With an account the age of yours, it should be totally doable, but don't have the purchased account go into an "I'm quitting" type of thing, and you don't even have to have it as an up-for-grabs thing with apps through boards: rather you can establish some sort of relationship via Neomail and conduct a trade without any board involvement...it's no one's business how you managed to make the trade, and it need not be public. Avoiding the boards as much as possible is VERY preferred.

Sorry guys haven't checked back since I've been studying, eh. My account isn't completely noobish. it's 10 years old. Not the best avatar or trophy count I could have, though. I feel like my neofriends would be more concerned about a second  UC. I was considering buying an account that already has a BD pet and a draik on it, then adding the second UC to it and eventually advertising once or twice that "I'm quitting" and trying to rehome them in a few months and have some guidelines. I reaaaaally don't want to spend that much money, though.

I've read that, too. Just looking for more "active" advice I suppose. I only talk to two NFs.. and I really like them One has three UCs and said one was gifted by someone who saw a board of hers saying she wanted that particular pet.

No, I'm not worried about this forum since I'm not posting the name/etc I just am worried about people getting suspicious of me suddenly having two UCs. I'm sooo tired of having to fail at applications and waiting for pets to come around to adopt.
