Well, I love food, so I eat a lot of it, lol, but it typically goes like this:
Breakfast - Eggs in a basket with an orange or apple (sometimes I'll eat 2 overeasy eggs with toast instead)
Lunch - Soup or sandwich with carrots
Snack - Apple with peanut butter
Dinner - Usually chicken or pork with rice and a vegetable, I only eat beef about once a week.
