Woooo go canada! Can't wait for the game tomorrow but best of luck for everyone =). Shame about the Yuna incident since some of the judges did seem to score unfairly. And SK tends to be good at holding grudges.

I've always enjoyed a dish that's made with eggs and tomato. Easy to make as well and tastes great with rice. If your into exercise and trying to save on food costs you can also go with canned tuna or sardines(much lower in mercury). Other than that you can easily buy frozen fruits and milk to make smoothies =D
