Programs in vb wont run on my computer

I have windows xp and when I try to run a program from this site it comes up with a error saying "sysytem error 3843834(-4573458)" Not exact code! But anyways you get the idea.!

Ok I went over to digibliss and downloaded there Ab why not(sorry if I offended programmers here) and they have blocked me from using it. B****Y  W*****S Anyways there pretty mean over there. I What do you think of them? You dont have to reply
