Freeze / Ban Appeals?

I have seen some of you have managed to unfreeze your account, which is quite rare if you ask me. Well I actually I got my account frozen which didn't make me quite happy because I legited a lot with this account. So I was hoping if any of you have any successful appeals which you got your account unfrozen? unsure.gif

I think It's a little to harsh to pay money, to get extra features for you'r account. I mean even without Neopets Premium, we have a nice whole online game. In my opinion NP.Premium, should be somehting to earn not to buy.
