I love the Souls series, especially the LACK of features. No minimap, awesome. No "checkpoints", awesome. Getting fucked up by a skeleton because you went left instead of right and wanted to ragequit five minutes in (this is Dark Souls 1, for those who don't know), awesome. Honestly I was disappointed in Dark Souls 2's difficulty level, it was much easier for me to pick up than the first one, and I hadn't played for years between the two.

My girlfriend told me look into Tera last week, so what's your guy's honest opinion on the game?

I LOVED Median XL, before my last laptop finally gave out (it was over 7 years old, it was about time) I used to spend a few hours a day messing around on it. I had a graphics mod on it too that made it look AWESOME compared to the vanilla copy.

I stopped going on Gaia when they started getting greedy, years ago. I don't think I'll ever even consider going back.

God, I haven't even thought about that game in years, last time I played was when the new combat system was released! I'm actually pretty curious to see what else they've changed... Maybe I'll give the game another go when I have the money to get a one month membership. I think I only got up to level 100 combat, a couple level 80/90 skills, and a decent armor/weapon set.
