Okay so, for the public one I need 10 posts, and for the private one I need 100 posts and 30 days.. 
That's quite a bit more work than I was looking for.  
Where can I post a lot to get 10 posts at least?

Huh I had this strange dream where there were these crystallized purple dragons guarding these crystals in a rainforest cave...
