6 "Small" meals as opposed to 3 "Regular" meals?

So after complaining for a bajillion months about being a fatty-fat, I'm determined to lose weight. Everyone and their mom seems to be saying "eat more meals, but small ones" and yet, no one seems to know wtf a "small" meal is? I've tried googling, and all I can find is "eat 6 small meals" and the only "small" meal they listed was a protein bar. Any suggestions on what would be concidered a "small" meal? Give me your knowledge plz

So I used this tutorial http://www.neocodex....lt_sig_tutorial
I followed it exactly on a practice sig I did, and it didn't turn out too well XD So then I made this one, and just used my memory of the tutorial, and changed up some of the brush properies and such, and I think it turned out a lot better.
