SHOW ME HOW TO INSTALL THE DAM PROGRAMS

I already unzipped it. But I can't install anything because of a PeteWrapper outdated or stuff like Neocode Gen check failed or whatever. NOTHING LETS ME INSTALL ANYTHING.

Take me through step by step. PLEASE. =(
