Is the ray really worth it? I mostly see people saying that it just changes stats?
You can find on jellyneo/other places what the actual percentages are
It's far more likely that you'll just get a simple stat change due to it having a higher probability in the code, but there is certainly also the potential for species change, color change, etc. Personally I think it's super worth it, but it's kind of a long game rather than an instant gratification.

The only way is to type in your account and check all your known emails. Or you can try to put in all your emails and hope that your account is from that email.
unfortunately I've done serious digging and I've found a lot of old e-mails, but not the right one. support told me the letter it starts with and it doesn't ring a single bell.
i was wondering if maybe there was a more *illicit* method of determining the e-mail that isn't too dangerous, but i may have to give up hope on this one

I personally deal with the guilt (though quite minor compared to what you seem to be experiencing) by being very generous with my bought resources, but ultimately if it doesn't make you feel good to buy your pets, you don't have to. the only purpose to buying items is to increase your enjoyment of the game, so if it's not doing that for you, it's totally within your right to abstain from it

i honestly started getting back into playing it recently and i have to say, the current TNT seems to be trying really hard to keep the site going and enjoyable for people. it's hit or miss, but if you still feel that sense of happy nostalgia from being around the neopets world, it's still a good time
