Title. Does it take a bit for Neo to receive the info?

Hi. I've successfully downloaded program manager, and score sender. It will let me log in. But once I log in, my mouse won't allow me to click anything. Nothing is clickable to get started. It's like only that page freezes. I can still use the login page or the program manager file. Does anyone know what is happening here? I'm really hoping to use this for DD. Thank you so much.
