adding new concept to your cafe is also nice, like there's this lanpub that combines drinking + gaming. it opens for minors from 12pm - 12am where at midnight it will start to attracts those late gamers ( of legal age ). events like lanparty and competition will help rake in additional revenue also. (although we do it generally for publicity =) )
eg. dota
registration fees : team payment / individual
5 v 5 dota = 5 per team
64 teams * 5 = 320
320 * $10? = 3.2k
3.2k - 1st 2nd 3rd prize = 2k? (depeneding on your prize )
2k * 6mths = arnd 12k

2k is actually shit but like i said we do it for publicity=)so if your reason is other den publicity, reconsider your registration fees?
