Noticed some heavy consumption on the server, so we upgraded it a little bit... Hopefully that fixes things... Let me know if you continue to experience it. 
 
 

Yes! Noticed it seemed better yesterday but was only on for a minute. No issues today at all. Will let you know if that changes. TYVM!

I'm also sorry to hear that users/income are down, quite unfortunate Since you asked however I am also getting a ton of error messages. From what I remember it's a mix of 504, 522, 524, all seem to boil down to an issue connecting to the server. If I do get a page to load it usually takes upwards of 60 seconds. I saw your original post right as it was posted and it has taken me this long to get the site to load long enough to respond.
