on the programs i have downloaded i get a runtime error 5 on all of them it cant be the programs so if anyone knows how to fix it it would be appreciated

ok i have downloaded a program i seen interesting but when i opened it said sumin about a check control 3 ocx. i downloaded the requierents to downloading and i need help and i will be on y way instead of waisting ppls time sorry about this
