Netbeans 5.5 Error

I just installed Netbeans 5.5 onto my computer (which, as far as I know, has all the system requirements etc.,But when I go to use it, I get an error that says "Cannot find java.exe in C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.5.0_10..." and thats all I get

Any Suggestions on what to do to fix it?

Hi everyone, I'm new to neopets, and new at programming , but I saw this place and it looks like it'll be a great place to learn more about making programs and a great place to hang out too...
