Hi after useing those programs from this site i dont kno if it was the programs that did this or what but now i cant seem to play any games on neopets all i can do is surf the pages everytime i try to open any games up it will load the pop up and a blank WHITE screen will appear i even reformatted my entire comp losing allot of my data and still no fix i even contaced NEOPETS through email and well NO REPLY from 4 days ago and now i come to you guys for some wisdom and help upon this topic please help.

Hi im Kinda New here as you can see and im amazed that i never saw this site ages ago man i wish i did it is SICK as.Now my problem is that i log through the Codex part right and then when the program loads up and asks me to log onto my neopets account i input everything correctly and it just changes from IDle to Logging in and after that it never moves ahead i leave it on for hours but never any ideas on fixing this.
