Not Telling
I'm having trouble downloading any of the programs on here. I've downloaded the program that is required AND installed it, but I always either get an Error Report, something that says something like:
"Component 'CheckControl3.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid."
OR the screenie at the bottom of this post.
Can anyone help, please? Tell me what I'm doing wrong, or tell me something to make it work?

Hi, I'm Fwee. Well, that's not my real name, of course. But y'all can call me Fwee. 
I can't seem to be able to run any of the Member programs for Neopets... whenever I download one and click run, it gives me this error report and won't start up the program. Can anyone tell me why? And tell me how to get the programs to run right?
