Day 1 - Failed
I was exhausted after a take-home exam over the past weekend so I stayed home all day.
Shortly after I woke up before I was fully conscious, I ate this for no reason.
Kinder Bueno (246kcal)
Then my grandma came and made me eat 2 pieces of Shaomai
2 pieces (~160kcal)
I studied a bit, which made me terribly bored.
Then, again, for no reason I ate about half of this.
Lays Cheddar Chips ~1/2 (~400kcal)
What a devil.
I thought things could not be worse. However, mum brought me these at night.
Japanese Squid Balls - my all-time-favourite food (~350kcal?)
&
5 small pieces of cookies from Mrs Fields (~250kcal?)
Total: ~1400kcal, which is more than my daily need.
I didn't exercise or even leave my house. I just sat there all day.
This is a disaster.
I MUST AT LEAST LOSE SOME CALORIES TOMORROW!!!!
I MUST EXERCISE TOMORROW.
I HATE BEING FAT!!!
I WANT TO STOP HATING MYSELF!!!
By the way, is anyone going to do the workout from FitnessBlender?
I lack the motivation.
Eating meals will reduce the urge to snack.
