Hey guys, quick question. I'm connecting from our school and we have a proxy here. How can I log in with my neocodex account to use the program manager? I've tried connecting and it says "We were unable to properly retrieve the information from the server. Please contact the staff." I'm thinking that it was our school's proxy that interfered with the connection, so yeah. What should I do? Thanks!
