All time I try to start Neocodex Program Manager, it crashes, I use on Mac. Can anyone help me?

Maybe your version of Java is outdated?

Have you tried reinstalling it? What error comes up?

I updated my software where can I see which error it is?

When you start the program manager, is there an error popping out or does it just close?

unless you're getting a microsoft error for the crash, a little error box should pop up telling you what went wrong.
It will look similar to this:



Note: I forced this error by turning my premium bar on, just wanted to show him an example.

What version of iOS are you running? (You can check by clicking the apple logo at the top left hand corner then click "About this Mac")

The program manager on the Mac has the same errors too if you are referring to the premium bar one.
