I want to buy advanced membership. Is it possible to pay using paypal?

Yeah there should be an option to do so in the checkout section after you have selected the advanced membership.

One more question, if its not too much: Will I be charged monthly, or i'll have to buy the membership on the store every month ?

You can set it to be recurring I think, or just have it as a once off. Pm Hydrogen, he can better answer anything to do with the store.
