I can not disconnect my old account from my facebook.

 

Has anyone had issues with this?

I went to Facebook setting - app - remove Neopets app.

I went to Neopets - Log in With Facebook - Permissions - Yes - and it logs into an old account.

I went to the account on Neopets...and I see no way to remove it from my Facebook.

This is hilarious, they release a new game (even if it can't be found on the app store yet), and it's full of glitches! LOL

 

As for deconnecting. There should be a place here to disconnect, at least that's what the FAQ states.

Mine is doing the same thing saying an account is already using it - and then when I go to preferences it says there is an account associated, but gives no options to remove the associated account.

Next time they release something we should all vote on what we think will be broken about it. Maybe even have an award for guessing the most number of errors correctly lol.

Perhaps the only option now is to send a ticket in? If the system's working? And then a facebook message after that? 

I might do that just to ask why it's telling me I'm not connected to my FB when I can log in with my FB just fine, and it logs into the right account.

The game works perfectly for me (using facebook). I receive the items and nps right away, even the nps you get from levelling up.

 

Only stupid thing is that we can't put the damn stamp in our album :K Which was like the only reason why I even bothered doing the game 

Seems like they haven't made part 2 available...

I just tried playing on facebook to see if I would get the rewards....it didn't work. Apparently someone sent in a ticket, and Rick said they were working on it or that they were aware of it. It's one of those two.

I can delete app and re-download to reset the data i guess.

We found a way to hack candy crush on facebook so you could have unlimited moves/lives. I bet we could do the same with this. It's a candy crush clone after all.

We've got two guides for that, and one of them even relies on an extension someone made just to hack candy crush. We should be able to do the same, with all our wonderful programers.

Heh, and so a reddit user posted 'omg I'm getting 100k NP an hour from this! This will be amazing, times are changing, I'll be so wealthy!' ...of course not realising that if it's the case that it's that easy, everyone else will also be getting the same amount & crazy inflation.

 

Curious to see what effect this'll have. Still waiting for Android :<
