I've made 40 non-spam posts (a huge achievement for a long-term lurker) but I am unable to view the forum. Did I miss something?

edit: nvm, seems like 41 is the magic number. How interesting is it that this specific post brought me to 41...

It's both, dude. Caps for the games are lowered, the post count requirement here in Codex is raised to >40 though.

Nahh. Would turn off all the legit players too, with all the hassle. They'd essentially kill off AC. Besides, they mentioned in a recent editorial that even the current captchas on lookups were meant to be a temporary solution - the server was apparently going down with some people's account scanner bots or something so they felt they had to do something. 

 

They already lowered the caps, and maybe like last year they will try to, like, encrypt the data differently in score sending (something our programmers figured out quickly) or do something of the like. Otherwise that's probably it for TNT's new measures.

If there was Captcha at the end of every game I don't think I'd play. I don't like it THAT much.

Actually I think lowering the caps doesn't make a difference. Correct me if I'm wrong but we will still be running a SS on a lot of accounts, while legit players will max the scores on only one account. That means one single member on codex will do the same as, let's say, 5-10 players from ASGs. They are still far away from us. All JS did is making they spend less time on this dead game lol
