Husband came back from his conference thursday, so my meals kinda went out the window. When he makes late night pizza, it's hard to say no. He wanted ice cream and it was BOGO, so we got one flavor I don't like, and one I love. I tried to say I didn't need any because I'm on a diet, but that never works. I did opt for the lower calorie one though (Slow churned mint for 110 a half cup instead of the 210s I tend to get). And he brings me about .75c each night. It's how he says he loves me, though I've tried to train him to do it without food.
So there's been pizza, and ice cream, and popcorn, and twice we've had takeout wings (his favorite), le sigh.
BUT, All but two days I've kept up my walking and made my daily 4 miles. I DID bake ALL that chicken, and have been pretty good about setting out chicken and vegetables for dinner.
My morning weigh in tells me I'm in the same place I was last week, so I don't have high hopes for Sunday. I do so well when he's not around. HA. #MarriageMadeMeFat
