heres the email I sent the host:
Hello, this is Faraaz Sareshwala. I go by Hydrogen online. I am contacting you once again because I would like to report a DoS (Denial of Service) against www.ncodex.com who hostroute hosts. The denial of service was done by digibliss.net who is hosted by hostinglaunch.com. The proof of the DoS that we have is here in the forms of screenshots and irc chat logs:

I have already spoken a little bit with Michael, an admin at digibliss.net and the one who also hosts the site at hostinglaunch.net. But as I dont know the law and dont have the resources to find the exact PA code of US law that DoS violates, I am handing the situation over to you as it was your server which was attacked as well as our website which is hosted on your server. His email is [email protected].
In the irc chat log, the channel members talk about a NG. That is neo_grl who at the ti'me was an admin of the board and called a contest for 15 million neopoints to take down our website by any means. Most people spammed our board with messages like these:

I hope this situation is resolved and whatever consequences fall on digibliss are the correct ones.
