I pretty much have it narrowed down to two possibilities.

1. A party foul occurred. Bitch spilled someone's drink in her drunkenness.

Incase you missed that anatomy lesson. Girls have Vagina's. Guys have Penis's. So if the girl has a penis, she wont have that vagina. Meaning. She just sucks.

In case you missed that English lesson, your apostrophes make the words "vagina" and "penis" possessive instead of plural. I'm usually not bothered by the retarded way you type, but this one makes me want to slap you right in the face with my penis.
