Pretty simple really, at least it is in Houston.
Follow along, it gets pretty complicated.
1. Put on your oldest most beat up clothes.
2. Go roll around in the dirt. If there's something dead there even better.
3. Get a sharpie and scribble something on an old piece of cardboard. (It being legible is optional.)
4.Find a busy intersection.
5. Profit.
