I think it's bullshit. I really don't think it's fair to the workers to have to work on thanksgiving then wake up again at the crack of dawn to work another 12 hour shift on black friday. Every department store worker I know is totally dreading thanksgiving/black friday.

^ Yeah, my wife worked at Cracker Barrel for awhile and got caught up in that crap. Completely ruined our first Thanksgiving :(

I agree. My mom used to be a manager for toys r us and she could never spend Thanksgiving with us. Same thing with Christmas.

Go anyways to the Apple store! They're nice about these things and there's a ton of stories online about it. They swapped out a 3gs i had even tho it was jailbroken.
