After about 10 hours of using firebug to edit CSS code, I have finally finished appbay.net.
I used Thesis Theme, and edited the custom css file with help from firebug.
Comment and crit on it (yes I know its minimal in graphics right now, I am having a hard time getting photoshop). I also need some suggestions on what graphical elements i should include from here. Thanks!

Oh and did I mention I will pay someone a modest fee to make me some graphics? pm me for details

My site, appbay.net, is slowly growing, and I am in need of writers. Right now, we are focusing on original content, and some news when it comes in. However, I am looking to delegate specific jobs to specific people to get the site growing faster with more news articles and content per day. The link above will direct you to my jobs page where there is a contact email and all the information you need. (I know it does not seem like a direct link, but, if you are not familiar with su.pr, it allows me to track the clicks I get through that link.)

Right now I am marketing my site through social media (twitter, digg, stumbleupon, etc.). If anyone has any suggestions on anything else I can do, I would be glad to hear them.

I am also looking for a wordpress developer who can help me get the visuals of the site in check. The theme I have right now is horrid, and I need a logo and such. I was just wondering if there is a plan in place to get the graphics section to be more active, as it is the least active portion of the site. I'm trying to get back into graphics, but downloading photoshop in a way where you do not need to pay for it is, for some odd reason, is difficult for my computer. Anyways, if there is no plan to get this section more active, I am volunteering myself to help in whatever way possible to get this section's activity up.

I am starting up a new site, focusing on news and reviews on mobile applications. Right now, the Blackberry, Android, and iPhone devices are in need of writers. If anyone is interested, hit up appbay.net, look at the post on the home page, and apply for the job. I am also in need of editors for each of the mobile devices to make sure the content on the page is the best it can be.
