Is all tinned tuna in US 'white' or 'light'. Is it bleached? I don't get it. (and it tastes like cardboard)...

I use Brunswick tuna in water, and then fry it up with onions and garlic and salt and pepper, then mix it up with mayo and dill pickles. It doesn't taste like cardboard after that :)

No problem. Oh, and the reason the white canned stuff tastes horrible is because it is literally overcooked. They cook it, can it, and then boil it to sterilize the cans.

American folks: Anyone been treated for migraines over here? Just wondering what they usually prescribe? Don't want to waste my money on Dr's if they are going to give me rubbish (I've tried most meds)...

I got Vicodin. Slept through the worst of the headache and woke up with only a mild throb behind one eye. But my migraine was more the 'half blind, can't talk, not so much a headache' kind.

Target doesn't carry the merch anymore but they do have the cards, they are in the electronics section. I usually get mine there or CVS.
