However, lol, failing to see how a Neopets cheating forum can be compared to inmates/guards in a prison. We aren't THAT strict.

Kate, have you ever heard of the Stanford prison experiment.  Authority changes how you treat others, and how people treat you.  However, I'm not aware of any beatings going on in NC... so in this scale, you're probably safe from doing or seeing egregious things.
