Locked out of my own F'ing account. I have the previous passwords, email adressed, and adoption history.. but since I logged in over a year ago, they require my birthday. How the heck should I know what I randomly typed in? Or remember useless items that are on the account? If it's below 100k, of course I won't remember the items a year later. I call Bullshit TNT.

I did. They said "they need a very specific list of details" to give the account back. Back in the day, all they needed was a former password. I suppose since Nickeldian took over, they got more strict with what they require.

So I think I remember hearing that unplugging the internet router for 30 seconds would reset your IP to a new one; true?

Yeah your isp is constantly allocating ips based on availability. If you're on dynamic you probably just got reissued the same one you deallocated. Chances are you aren't going to be able to cycle through the same ones over and over. tl;dr your plan is bad

Very unlkely actually. Most DHCP servers will give you an address for at least 4 hours. Your best option if rebooting doesn't work is to give your router a different MAC address.

Holy flashback... just opened up a sealed plastic locker from over a decade ago, among other things; found at least a dozen old neopets account names, most sans passwords. Let's see how many aren't frozen/purged... I'm guessing none. lol.

If I were to AB on two seperate accounts, on two seperate laptops in the same room as each other, would they register the same IP? Or would TNT see right through this ploy.

I read that each red bead will sometimes get you 2% off any non-player shop. There are 5 types, so total 10% off some of the time. Of course I'm selling it.
