question: is 4-8 refresh, .4-.7 pre haggle, .6-.9 ocr alright for stamp shop?

    What are your Total MS times? Mine seem to range from 2500 MS - 2700 MS.
    I think that's OK for stamps.

    mine are quite a bit lower lol, as in 1200-1500

    I've never had a buy go under 2000 MS no matter where I am. lol
    My internet isn't the fastest.
    But I think you should be OK as long as you keep it human.
