So bat are the buy times i have safe? im using 2.7-7.8 wait delay 0.4 to 0.7 prehaggle and 0.6 to 0.9 OCCR

legit restocking will be very safe,so if I decide to go Magic,I would restock legitly.
But for other shops,just use AB .
even stamp is less risky than Magic as expensive items stock less frequently

OCR lower than 0.6 will result in buying time of around 2300ms or even lower ,depends on the speed of your computer.
So I think if your buying time is more than 2500ms,that would be okay
and OCR is the main factor to affect your buying time
