2%, because it's what my parents drink. I'm fine with anything from skim to whole. Usually drink it plain, sometimes add whey protein with flavors commonly being chocolate, vanilla and strawberry
Yea, same for me..It's always been 2% with Vitamins A and D..Always had it my whole life and I guess I am used to it..Had 1% before but didn't really care for it..I rarely drink milk unless its with pancakes, cookies, or cereal..

I was raised on that GARBAGE as well... Now that I'm a Big Boy I have my own choices, and choose not to drink Fatass Milk (skim)
I was raised on 2% and I prefer skim so I now drink it. It doesn't taste as heavy and therefore refreshes me more.

I never eat ANYTHING with regular milk. I hate it.
I religiously have a glass of full fat milk any time I have mashed potatoes. It's so stodgy but it's soooooooooooo nice! I couldn't eat mashed potatoes without a glass of milk. I'm pretty sure my mum puts milk and butter in the potatoes when she's mashing them up, as well. Mmmmmm.

Are asians prone to being lactose intolerant?
I love whole fat milk myself and is quite annoyed by supermarkets that only stock low fat or fat free milk.
You want your fat to be fatless? Here, have a orangeless orange juice as well.
It is one of a few genetic differences between the races. Because Africa and Asia only started domesticating milk-producing animals recently, unlike Europe and the Middle East.
And skim is infinitely better xD

Personally, I think it's fucking weird that one of the most popular topics all year is one about milk.
I'm a man of great ideas

So last night before bed I had a nice glass of chocolate milk, and it got me wondering what people prefer.
Vote and discuss all that is milk.
I llike my milk the manly way with chocolate

Oh interesting. No wonder dairy products are so expensive here! It also explain why chinese recipes don't have cheese or milk or cream. Gah!

But yeah, I like soyabean more than milk, and low fat plain milk more than much else. I heard soya contains estrogen though, which my aunt blames for her daughter's nice titties. But what do I care ;x

Commercial soy milk tastes like crap IMO, but the soybean curd isn't too bad.
