It's pretty new, I just got it January this year. It's more the weather, really. It's better now since it's the monsoon season and it's raining everyday, but at normal times the minimum temp is like 30 degrees. Sometimes it even breaks 35 + my house's got no air con and the brickwork's the heat-absorbing kind. You can imagine what kind of oven it'll be at noon. Even a cooler won't bring my com's temperature down. ;\

But yeah, fried foods. Need to stop obsessing over tempura XD

Wow that must stink with the heat. Maybe you should ask around in the hardware thread and see what answers they might have to improve the temp of the comp

I have to agree with watching what type of foods you eat -> and to make sure to keep hydrated. But also the amount of sleep could be a factor as well.

    I'll quote someone besides him.

"Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result"

Go join a sports team or something. Pick up the guitar. Just do something else besides the same boring thing day in and day out.

You can just google it, then just print it out and have a mini poster.. less work.

I agree with some of the posters. Eating more can probably help.. Two meals? Well yeah no one has time for all three, but just munch something healthy when you're hungry. Or in need of energy. I'm a student, and when I'm working on projects or studying, I need more food. It just gets used up when you concentrate and think. I'm a 4th year computer science student, and even though I thought "ehhh I'm just coding, I don't need much food", I actually do.

And it kinda also does sound like depression. I would not suggest jumping on the pill popper bandwagon though. If it IS depression, the best thing to do is nip it at its source. My mom gets depressed when she doesn't work every day, and it begins to pile up. Maybe that's happening with you at the moment?

You are sleeping too much. I had that same problem when I was sleeping 12 hours. You should only try to sleep 8 hours and sleep during the night. If you're feeling sleepy, force yourself to get up and do things. Get physical and exercise, walk around, jump rope, get a bike, something to get the endorphins running and wake you up because that'll also make you want to eat more. Once I started forcing myself to stay up, get active, and keeping my sleep on a regular schedule I started feeling more energy when I wake up.

This is so weird and very true. You'd think lots of sleep would make you feel awesome, but you just feel like a total zombie.

I need to stop sleeping so much.
