Can someone help me get sLAUGHTERs Beta Score Sender working?

All I've literally done is clicked on the image that downloads it. I have no clue what to do next.
I've tried doing it myself already and idk what I've done wrong. So I've just deleted it all and redownloaded it.
Help would be very appreciated! ^_^

You need VB6 files
