I'm not at all surprised. I've known very few people who've had to deal with TNT's customer service who would say they were pleased with the process.

    Fail!

This isn't at all surprising. And on top of that, TNT acts as though they're all powerful and shit.

This doesn't surprise me at all.

I doubt the main reason is because of TNT's draconian practices. Any website vulnerable to scamming and hacking like Neopets is bound to end up with complaints like these. On top of this a good portion of the users whose accounts are frozen believe they were in the right, even when they weren't. Often times their only recourse is reporting the company, even when it's undeserving.

I'm sure they would have a poor score no matter how they operated.

Exactly, when you are scammed you can NOT post the name of the user on the Boards. BULLSHIT. That basically saying someone scammed 700 Mil I alerted everyone but I got in trouble for being scammed. TNT are assholes who could care less because they have no experience building accounts for years obviously.

If you were the owner of Neopets and a user cheated, ask for a refund then thats not going to happen.
If you were banned - why should they give you a refund?

They have more compliments than complaints though so that tells you something

That's not really what I was trying to say, but alright.

My point was that no matter what TNT does, they're going to have a bad rating. The nature of their business is freezing users. Whether the person deserved the icing or not, they're more than likely going to be upset by it.
It's similar to the way everyone hates tax auditors despite the fact they serve a very important purpose.

No surprise TNT has a bad rating, they've been known to ice users for no reason. Also, I don't understand they have a suggestions forum. There have been thousands of suggestions and we literally see little to no change. Even after so much nagging about Lutari Island, TNT has done nothing about it still.

Usually TNT fixes a large set of problems in a grand gesture, like an event or a plot. Take Faerieland for instance. However, now that they "fixed" something, there's a huge set of other problems that will never get fixed either... (no link to faerie quests from a blocked SW??? WTF?)

Yeah well that's annoying, but you can get to it through faerieland :p It was convenient before that we had it, but just because it's not there anymore doesn't mean it's broken

Neopets doesn't give a fuck, it makes it's money off kids who click ads and don't even know what the BBB is.

I'm going to side with Neopets this time. They are in their right to ban you at any time, and in sites like this, reasonable doubt doesn't tend to apply.

    lol,

their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company’s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices.

that's new, freezing for no solid reason wouldn't be fraudulent would it?

Nope, their terms include a part in which they say they can terminate your account for no reason.

Then I give the BBB an F!

If a company can be this bad, and BBB know it, and yet it have little to no impact, then we need a better method of crowd-sourcing knowledge and action

Lol, F! :p Maybe just because so many members come there to complain about there accounts; and only their accounts... I don't know anyone that would go there to complement thier frozen accounts...
